School Hours
- Early Morning care is available from 7:00 to 7:30 a.m.
- Middle School carpool begins at 7:00 to 7:45 a.m.
- Dismissal starts at 3:15 p.m.
- The Grace After-school Program (GAP) is available from 3:00 – 6:00 p.m.

Health Forms
Grace School requires parents to complete and submit vital health information forms in case of emergencies as well as to provide faculty and staff with information that may be essential to the health and well-being of your child during their time at Grace School.

Middle School Handbook
The Middle School Handbook explains Grace School’s policies and procedures. We ask that parents/legal guardians (hereinafter referred to as parents) study the Handbook in its entirety.
Middle School Parent Portal
The Middle School Parent Portal allows parents/guardians to access their student’s grade book.
Uniforms
Lands’ End is the uniform provider for Grace School. Please visit their website to order (Grace School Preferred School Code 900185810) and follow the uniform checklists for each grade by gender.
Online Spirit Wear Shop
Squad Locker is the official online site for all Grace School spirit wear.
School Lunch
ECI Catering is the lunch provider for Grace School. Additional information regarding lunch accounts will be sent home with students at the beginning of the school year.
Parent Badges
Each custodian parent/legal guardians will receive an Identification badge. If you need additional ID badges for individuals other than the custodian parents (nannies, caregivers, grandparents, etc. who will be picking up or dropping off on a regular basis), please complete the ID badge request form.
Campus Visitors
All campus visitors (parents, nannies, tutors, grandparents, etc.) must present a legal form of photo ID before entering campus.
Car Tags
Grace School requires all parent vehicles to be registered with the school. Each family will receive two car tags to display in their windshield. Car tags will be distributed at the beginning of the school year. If you need a replacement, please contact the registrar at registrar@graceschool.org.
Carpool Signs
Each Middle School family will receive two carpool signs. Should you need a replacement or additional signs, please contact Diana Knowlton at dknowlton@graceschool.org.
Attendance
Please notify Diana Knowlton, Middle School Administrative Assistant, at dknowlton@graceschool.org of any absences/tardies/appointments.
Grace After-school Program (GAP)
The GAP is available to all students who are currently enrolled at Grace School. GAP also offers several after-school enrichment classes for students. For more information, email gap@graceschool.org.
Parents Club
Grace School Parents Club (GSPC) is the Parent-Teacher Association/Organization (PTA/PTO) at Grace School. The purpose of GSPC is to provide support to the students, faculty, administration, staff and their families through volunteerism and organized fundraising. Every parent or legal guardian of a student currently enrolled at Grace School along with staff are automatic members of the GSPC. Annual Fund
The Grace School Annual Fund is our primary fundraising initiative, providing the critical extra resources that are essential to the Grace School experience. Communication from Grace School
Special E-Bulletins
Occasionally, the Head of School or other school administrators will send an email to all parents with timely information or updates. You do not have to sign up for e-blasts as they will be received by the primary email address listed for each student.
Grace School Website
Graceschool.org provides current and prospective families with our mission statement, curriculum guides, parent/student handbook, calendar, school news, important forms and documents, athletics, lunch menus, ways to support, Parents’ Club and volunteer information.
Bloomz
Middle School uses the Bloomz app to capture, curate, and share moments of a child’s school day and experiences. Teachers and administrators will also use Bloomz to communicate reminders and messages throughout the year.
SMS (Text) Messaging
Grace School uses a notification service called Parent Alert to send important information regarding time-sensitive school happenings, e.g., a school closure, campus emergency, a power outage or an unusual weather situation affecting campus operations.
Emails from Room Moms
Expect correspondence from your grade level Room Mom. These parent volunteers will send information about upcoming events in your grade, actions needed by parents and may include information about class parties, etc.
Annual Report
The Grace School Annual Report is published once a year for alumni, parents, grandparents and special friends of Grace School. It includes the annual report of giving along with an overview of activities and events related to fundraising.
Yearbook
Grace Middle School students publish a yearbook each spring. Every student in each grade level will be featured in the yearbook and orders can be placed online. Click here for more information.
