Where can I find information regarding uniforms?

In Primary School, only PreK 3 and PreK 4 students wear uniforms. New uniforms can be purchased online through Lands’ End.  If your child is in PreK 3 but does not attend school on Chapel Day, the Chapel uniform is still required for other formal dress days, like class pictures. For Twos and Threes, play clothes are preferable, as well as the most durable. Please send an extra set of clothing, including socks and shoes, with your child each day.

Lower and Middle School students are all required to wear Grace School uniforms and follow the uniform policies. Please see the Handbook for any questions regarding our dress code. In addition, Lands’ End is our uniform provider, and Squad Locker provides our spirit wear.

When will I know my child’s class placement and schedules?

For Primary School, daily schedules will be provided during Parent Information Night and posted outside your child’s classroom. For Lower and Middle School, all placement letters and schedules will be mailed directly to your home in early August.

Lower and Middle School students can purchase school lunch from ECI Catering or bring a lunch from home. Parents will receive additional instructions on setting up lunch accounts online in their informational packets.

What are the communication platforms?

Primary School
Daily updates, arrivals, and dismissal, upcoming reminders, photos/videos, and weekly newsletters regarding primary school will be through the “Kaymbu for Families” app.

Lower and Middle School
Grace School has four significant forms of communication and information sharing: BLOOMZ, www.graceschool.org, social media (Facebook and Instagram), and E-Blasts. Your child’s grade level team of teachers and principals will send weekly updates via the BLOOMZ app. These updates will include upcoming reminders, homework, photos/videos, and learning objectives.

You should also receive an email from your principals with detailed FAQs depending on your child(s) grade level.
